The Second Kuwait e-Services and e-Systems Conference will bring together researchers and practitioners to present the latest advances in the enabling technologies and infrastructures, techniques and methodologies, and applications in e-services and e-systems. The theme of the conference emphasizes the importance of high availability (anytime), location-transparent (anywhere) and interactive multimedia services (any form).
The conference is technically sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) SIGMIS.
